A New and Better Start!!!

Hi!! I know I haven't been blogging for a long time,but now I am back! Today for breakfast I had 2 apple slices ,out of 8 slices, and about 3 1/2 tbsp of grits with butter and seasoning salt. If I had to guess I'd say that it was about 200 or 250 calories at the most! My hw:135lbs cw:130lbs gw1:120lbs gw2:115lbs gw3:110lbs gw4:105lbs gw5:100lbs gw6:95lbs bye!!! I might blog later today!
